North Detailing – Terms & Conditions

1. General

We always aim to deliver services to the highest standard based on the condition of the vehicle. Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle upon completion and raise any issues immediately, before payment is made.

If you’re not present during the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of completion with any concerns. We may be unable to address issues raised after this time.

All services are carried out at your own risk. We cannot refit child seats, and we advise that you check and refit them yourself. For engine cleans, a separate disclaimer must be signed beforehand.


2. Damage Disclaimer

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by:

  • Loose, ill-fitting, or faulty parts (e.g. trim, clips, panels).

  • Pre-existing wear, electrical faults, or water-sensitive components (e.g. sensors, switches, infotainment screens).

Please inform us of any known issues before the service begins.


3. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service invoiced. We do not accept responsibility for indirect losses, including vehicle downtime or loss of earnings.


4. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Services (excluding PPF)

  • A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Reschedules are free with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being retained.

PPF (Paint Protection Film) Services

  • All PPF is ordered to fit your specific vehicle. A non-refundable deposit is required to cover material costs.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 working days before the appointment. Later cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 5 working days’ notice. Further changes may incur charges.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, supplier delays), your deposit will transferred to a new booking date.


5. Acceptance

By paying a deposit or confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
